At INFLATA, we prioritize delivering quality products with transparency and efficiency. Whether you're a cyclist or an adventurer, we aim to ensure your portable tire inflator arrives quickly, safely, and affordably.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated transit times once your order has been shipped:

• Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: Delivery within 1–2 business days.
• Within Europe: Delivery within 3–4 business days, depending on the postal service.
• Outside Europe: Delivery times vary by region and will be specified at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on your destination: Netherlands €4.95 (free on orders from €60); rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway €9.95; rest of the world €19.95. All shipments are tracked. The exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customers near our warehouse in Zevenbergen, Netherlands, can opt for free local pickup. Contact us via email to arrange a collection time.

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. INFLATA is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at info@inflata.eu within 7 days of receiving the shipment or the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly.
