These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase from INFLATA, Campagneweg 22E, 4761 RM Zevenbergen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 87793067, VAT ID NL004478304B98. See our Legal Notice. By placing an order on inflata.eu you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

All prices on inflata.eu are shown inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) at 21% where applicable. During checkout, VAT is recalculated based on your delivery country in accordance with EU VAT rules. If you are a VAT-registered business purchasing from outside the Netherlands, enter your VAT ID at checkout to receive zero-rated (reverse-charge) pricing.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. We will never invoice you more than the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted — and the contract formed — when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (for example: pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) before the order confirmation is sent. If we cancel after charging your card, a full refund will be issued within 2 working days.

Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you when the carrier collects the parcel from our warehouse. From that moment, the goods are your property, but we take full responsibility for any loss or damage in transit (see Shipping Policy for claims).

INFLATA products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship.
• Battery performance below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow the product manual.
• Normal wear (seals, o-rings, chuck rubber after heavy use).
• Products modified or repaired by anyone other than INFLATA.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law, INFLATA’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (such as loss of profit or data).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), your statutory rights under EU and Dutch consumer law are not affected by these terms. In particular, you retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the 2-year legal guarantee under the Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU).

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that we cannot resolve by agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, Netherlands.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order governs your purchase. Material changes to the terms will be announced via email to registered customers at least 30 days before taking effect.
