What's the minimum opening order?
€400, in any mix of Pro S, Plugs Pro and accessories. No single-product minimums.
How quickly will my first order arrive?
Most shops receive their first delivery within 3–4 working days of approval: one working day for approval, then 1–2 days in transit to NL, BE, DE and LU, or 3–4 days elsewhere in Europe.
Do you have recommended retail prices?
Yes. We publish recommended retail prices for every product and keep our own webshop prices in line with them. Your shop always sets its own prices.
Can I return unsold stock?
Change-of-mind returns are not part of the standard trade programme. Defective stock is replaced 1-for-1. If a product isn't selling, talk to us before it becomes a problem.
