How long does EU shipping take?
1–2 business days in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, and 3–4 business days elsewhere in Europe. All orders ship from our own warehouse in the Netherlands with fully tracked carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
Netherlands: €4.95 (orders from €60 ship at no cost). Rest of the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway: €9.95. Rest of the world: €19.95. All shipments are tracked, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. The UK, Switzerland and Norway ship at the EU rate of €9.95, and we ship to many countries worldwide for €19.95, including the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Customs and import taxes can apply outside the EU.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your label is printed, tracking is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Not in your inbox within 24 hours of your order confirmation? Check your spam folder, or write to info@inflata.eu with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and cards.
Which valves does the Pro S fit?
Presta and Schrader. Both adapters are in the box, so it works on road, gravel, MTB, city and e-bikes.
How many tires can I inflate on one charge?
Up to 8 standard road tires (700×25c, 0 to 90 PSI) on a full charge. Larger gravel and MTB tires bring that down to 5–6. Charging takes 30 minutes via USB-C.
What is the maximum pressure?
120 PSI / 8.3 BAR. Set your pressure on the display and the pump stops by itself when it gets there.
Is the Pro S accurate at low pressures?
Yes, ±1 PSI between 20 and 120 PSI, checked against calibrated gauges.
Does it work in cold weather?
It is rated from −10 °C to +50 °C. Battery capacity drops around 15% below 0 °C (normal for lithium batteries), but the pump still reaches full pressure.
Won't my sealant handle punctures?
Sealant handles small holes up to about 4 mm, and only while it's fresh. Anything bigger, or dried-out sealant, and the tire stays flat. That's what Plugs Pro is for.
Can I use it with gloves on?
Yes. It is a single firm push: no threading, no alignment.
How do I refill it?
Each Plugs Pro carries one pre-loaded plug and a backup in the handle. Refill it with Plugs Pro Inserts.
Is Plugs Pro tubeless-only?
Yes. It is made for tubeless tires (road, gravel and MTB). It won't repair an inner tube; that's still a job for a patch kit.
What's your return window?
30 days from delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. Read the full refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Email info@inflata.eu with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with the return instructions within one working day. Refunds reach your original payment method 3–5 working days after we receive the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise. Received a defective or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back.
What's the warranty on the Pro S?
Two years from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and battery performance below 70% of rated capacity.
My Pro S won't charge. What now?
First try a different USB-C cable; that solves it in about 9 out of 10 cases. Still not charging? Write to info@inflata.eu with your order number and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
Can my shop stock INFLATA?
Yes. Apply on our Become a retailer page. The minimum opening order is €400.
Do you offer display units for the shop?
Yes, a branded counter display is available for retail partners. Ask us about it when you place your opening order.
